While not technically a tea, with a little blending you can easily brew great, energizing kombucha with this increasingly popular treat. A very bold, grassy herb that is great at providing you with some jitter-free energy as well as vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, B5, C, and E, to name a few. Also a fantastic source of amino acids, flavanols, chlorophyll and fatty acids, when brewed into a kombucha you’ll find a pleasant smoky, grassy flavor that can also elicit stone fruit and lemon.
We love this herb for providing us with a clean, stable source of energy that won’t make us crash. For more information, check out our blog post that tells the story of the yerba here.
