Silver Bud White Pu-Erh Tea
This tea, hands-down, makes one of our favorite kombuchas. While traditionally pu-erhs will offer notes of decayed leaves and spongy treebark, the incredibly fruity and fresh flavors provided by this 11-year-aged pu-erh will surprise your palate long after your last sip.
Notes of honeydew, tobacco, and white chocolate are evident in the reddish-yellow liquor. You'll want to be sure to steep this for a long time for what is sure to be a very exotic kombucha. As you drink, imagine visiting a high mountain lake - brisk, but big and inviting - and returning is entirely optional. This one’s a must-have for kombucha connoisseurs!
