We want you to have the best possible experience with our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a money back guarantee within 30 days of receipt of goods. Returns must be unopened, unused, undamaged and in the original packaging.
To return an item, ship it back to us with a copy of the packing slip and your reason for return. Make sure your order number, purchase date and your name/address are legible.

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 2 business days) your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account. Refunds do not cover Shipping and Handling costs if the item has already shipped.
Orders of in-stock items generally ship within 1-2 business days even in the weeks leading up to the winter holidays. During busy shipping times or during inclimate weather, carriers such as USPS and UPS can become slower. To ensure your order arrives on time, order with plenty of lead time or choose expedited shipping!
Shipping rates are calculated directly by the chosen carrier at checkout based on shipping speed, weight and size of the order. Some orders will need to be split into multiple packages if there are too many items, and thus will be charged appropriately.
All orders are processed at 9:00 AM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Orders that come in after 9:00 AM will be processed the next business day.
During extremely high and low weather temperatures, we occasionally will hold any shipments that include cultures; shipping during these times may destroy the culture.
Orders that require a re-shipment because the address provided was incorrect or there was no one there to receive it, will be required to pay for a new label.
Unless noted otherwise, all SCOBY shipments will be sent out USPS Priority Mail.
If you have recieved a frozen culture, please contact us and let us know - but your culture will be OK to brew with after thawing.
International Shipment Policy
Although we are always excited to see our products cross international lines, we unfortunately cannot guarantee any live-culture shipments, or bottled kombucha shipments due to risk factors associated with elongated exposure to uncontrolled temperature variables. Please consult your countries customs agent to make sure that your package will be accepted into the country, as well as inform us of any terminology your customs agent thinks best for your shipment's ensured safety. We will not cover any lost package or re-shipment costs. If you have another carrier you would like to use, and you do not see it in our available list, please contact us at the below mentioned email address and we will try to accomodate you as best as we can.
