A Favorite, with nice licorice flavorsReview by AlbertD

This is one of my favorite teas. I love the bright orange citrus flavor paired with the licorice. When I brew this one, I put the star anise in by itself and let that steep for over an hour to really bring out that licorice flavor, then I reheat the water so I can add the tea for the rest of the brewing. Delicious. (Posted on 4/27/2017)

I used this tea with a Jun Scoby and brewing with honey and this tea was excellent. I did a 2nd ferment with mashed mandarins and chinese 5 spice. the results were spectacular! it tastes like spiced cider or spiced mead.

I will certainly buy more when my tea runs out.

thank you for making such a wonderful blend.
