pH Strips


Along with sweetness, one other big aspect of kombucha’s flavor is the acidity. Achieving just the right balance of sweet and acid flavors can be tricky, but with the ability to test the pH of your brews, you’ll never see a brew go too sassy ever again!

We find a great kombucha usually sits at between 3.2 and 3.4.
